Abstract
There is no evidence available from the analysis undertaken and presented in this Chapter to even suggest that education standards have been raised and educational outcomes have improved as a consequence of MERA.
It is equally true to say that there is no evidence to the contrary.
There is evidence to support the conclusion that there was greater equity in funding in the years after MERA.
