Mainframe Projects for the International Division of RBS

Documentary Credits, Letters of Credit and Collections.

I did business and systems analysis and evaluated the three main competitor mainframe products for this business area of the Bank.

A product was selected and I wrote an implementation plan which was followed by myself, the computer programmers providing the interfaces to the Bank's accounting systems and the user departments representatives from London, Glasgow and Manchester. I worked with SQL and IBM's DBII.

IBM AS/400 Mid Range Computer Project

I did analysis and product evaluation for upgrades to the Banking Suite used by the Bank's offices in Switzerland and worked with a programmer installing and customizing the system.
